Healthy oils

Yeast flakes 

After raw egg yolks, yeast flakes are the next most nutritious food of the world. Yeast flakes contain Vitamin B and even other minerals which you may find difficult finding anywhere else. You can simply add yeast flakes to fresh fruit juice or milk, and drink it. So if you just cannot manage egg yolks, then yeast flakes are the best for you.
